I use a combination of ambient exposure and flash photography, composite images, as well as HDR to get the images that best represent each property. 24-48 hour turn around.
I will travel out of the Triangle for multiple properties.

Real Estate Headshots: Pricing depends on the number of people. I am priced extremely competitive for the Raleigh market, starting at $125 per person. Price is reduced as more people are added.
**If driving time is over 45 minutes one way from Youngsville, a fee of $25 will apply and then $25 for each 30 minutes of one way driving time after.
Up to 2,000 Sq. Ft. $100 (I will send all useable images via wetransfer, Dropbox or smugmug)
2,001-3,500 Sq. Ft. $125 ” ” ”
